Hotel Ocean - Miami Beach

Really great place for shopping. Updated & neat unit with big bathroom.

Beds were uncomfy.

Spent here 1 great day and will be back. Absolutely great hotel, all we needed for cruise in Miami Beach. The staff was really good, courteous, and responded promptly to requests. We booked a spotlessly clean room with bathtub.

All the staff was amicable, resolved my issues. As for me, rooms were neat and stunning with incessant music from bar restaurant, they offered wake-up service. Loved my time at the hotel, thank you.

Clean rooms, but the toilet paper holder was broken .

This hotel has cool and bright rooms. The breakfasts is satisfactory with lots of food.

Would not recommend. Extremely overpriced for what they provide. Please note they do not provide twin rooms even though they claim to. They will give you an old fold up camp bed. Very dated and a lot of broken furniture. They only thing this hotel will give you is a good location, which is why they charge so much.

Very poor breakfast. We stay there for a week and half the days either they did not have breakfast or coffee or plates etc. Looks nothing like the photos the have online. In general, it was a bit expensive. I would definitely wont stay there again.

The hotel was super close to lummus park and espanola way. The soft bed. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the room cleanliness could have been better.

The service from the staff was excellent. We booked a tour through the hotel that ended up not showing up. We wasted an hour waiting for them. The hotel upgraded our room free of charge and was very apoligetic. She even booked the same tour with a different company that ended up cheaper too. It was a pleasant stay.

There was no hot water for the jacuzzi. So what's the point?

Hotel is located directly on Ocean Drive, very close to beach. Free Wifi in room (which is actually working). We got upgraded to a Junior Suite, which was quite spacious.

The promised ocean view was virtually not existing. The bed was uncomfortable (too soft) and there was only a thin linen to cover the mattress. They charged an additional resort tax for Internet and beach access, also if you do not go to the beach. The breakfast is ridiculous.

A great stay with cute staff who offered complimentary coffee and pastries in the morning. The room was clean and had beach views, though the loud music from the nearby restaurant could be bothersome. With no onsite pool or gym, access to the facilities at a nearby hotel was beneficial. The central location made it easy to explore the area.

This must be the worst hotel ever, the staff are unhelpful. We booked a room overlooking the city, we got a noisy room overlooking a extreamly noisy court yard, they came around 17H00 to make the room, would not recomend this hotel to anyone - even for free
